• Exclusions: You may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. You may also bring claims for injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Class action waiver: You agree to bring any claims against us in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

By using our Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Massachusetts for any matters not subject to arbitration.
